Includes: accommodations, 3 meals a day + snack (some vegetarian, some include fish/meat, vegetarian available), two yoga classes per day, meditation sessions. Price does not include: airfare, ground transportation, tips, any items of a personal nature, spa services, off-site excursion expenses, additional expenses resulting from the delay or extension of a trip due to weather, political disputes, sickness or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Inner Fire Yoga and its participating instructors are providing yoga services on-site only. All other resort services are provided by Amansala, and Amansala staff. Inner Fire Yoga will match you to another person of the same gender for a double room (or with 2 persons for a triple room), unless you notify us upon registration that you have a traveling/retreat partner with whom you wish to share a room. The beachfront rooms are first-come-first-served for those who are paying the beachfront rates. The resort rooms will fill from front (beach front, for those who are paying for beach front) to back. When beach front and/or non-beach front rooms fill, those rates/rooms will no longer be available for purchase. There are 4 beach front rooms with king beds and 4 beach front rooms with two queen beds in each. Rooms with king beds may add a single bed to make a triple room. Please notify us if you prefer not to share a king bed with a matched roommate, or we reserve the right to assign king bed rooms to two participants. All rooms that are not beach front are very near the beach.

Payment
A $750 deposit is required to complete your reservation. All fees are due in full on Jan. 15, 2011. If full payment is not made by Jan. 15, 2011, we reserve the right to release your reservation and your deposit will be not be refunded.

Cancellations/Refunds
A $750 deposit is required to make a reservation. If you cancel your reservation before Jan 15, 2011, a full refund of the deposit will be made. After Jan. 15, 2011, deposits are non-refundable. Full payment of fees are due on Jan. 15, 2011. Room reservations will be made upon full payment of fees. Any cancellations after Jan. 15, 2011 are deemed non-refundable. If the reserved space is filled by another retreat participant who pays in full, the fees will be refunded with the exception of the $750 deposit, when canceling after Jan. 15, 2011.
Date or site changes and retreat cancellation policy
Inner Fire Yoga reserves the right to change the dates of the retreat, and /or retreat site, and/or cancel the retreat in case of international/national/local emergency or other extenuating circumstances (for example, hurricane weather). Full refunds will be given in the case of Inner Fire Yoga canceling for any reason. Refunds will not be given in the case of date or site changes. If retreat participants are unable to accommodate a date or site change made by Inner Fire Yoga, and if the reserved space is filled by another retreat participant who pays in full, a refund will be made, with the exception of the deposit.
Inner Fire Yoga reserves the right to deny participation in the retreat to any person for any reason. Inner Fire Yoga reserves the right to deny participation in retreat services on the retreat site to any person for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
All participants are required to sign the Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability. The waiver of liability form extends to the retreat and retreat location. Inner Fire Yoga and its retreat leaders, yoga instructors, operators and agents will assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, irregularity or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following causes: weather, failure of any means of transportation to adhere to schedules, strikes, civil disturbances, theft, government regulations, or changes in transport and lodging beyond our reasonable control. Inner Fire Yoga does not provide travel insurance for this retreat.
Other
- Please make sure your passport is current and that you have made an extra copy of your passport for your home contact and also to bring along on your trip, keeping it in a separate place in your luggage than your passport.
- Please bring along any yoga or meditation props and supplies that you may require onsite. The retreat center does not provide any yoga props or supplies, nor does Inner Fire Yoga.
- Please alert the staff of any serious medical condition you may have, in the case of an emergency.
- Please make your air reservations in a timely manner, in order to receive the best airfare rates. The Cancun airport is easily accessible from the Madison, Milwaukee, Rockford and Chicago airports. Rockford and Milwaukee have regular direct charter flights that book up quickly. Inner Fire Yoga staff can provide assistance in reserving ground transportation to/from Cancun airport and the resort in Tulum.
Rates for ground transportation from Cancun to Amansala
$40 each way per person for a van for 6 or more people, $60 each way per person for a van for 3 – 5 people, $140 each way for a private car (1 – 2 people).
US currency is accepted throughout Tulum, as is Mexican currency. Bring sufficient spending money for excursions, off-site shopping and restaurant visits, spa services, and tips to service providers. Tip rates are similar to those in the US. Plan to tip the resort service providers including spa service, room service, cleaning service, baggage service, taxi service and kitchen service as you would at a resort in the US. The resort offers massage therapy services, group mayan clay treatments with mediation, salsa dancing lessons, and handling of off-site excursions.
